Automated Content Creation System Using AI

A practical, human-first program for Australian SMBs to build a repeatable content engine—without sounding robotic or turning content into a second job. You’ll learn (and set up) three connected systems: Idea Generation → Natural Content Creation (incl. HeyGen video) → Publishing Pipeline. Choose the pathway that fits your role and time: a fast sprint, a guided clinic, or a deeper build lab.

Description

Most businesses don’t struggle because they “can’t create content.” They struggle because content is fragmented, inconsistent, and mentally expensive:
“What do I say?” → “How do I say it?” → “When do I post?” → “How do I keep up?”
This program is designed to remove that friction responsibly. We keep the work human-first: your voice, your judgement, your expertise. AI and automation handle the repetitive parts: idea capture, drafting support, packaging, handoffs, and scheduling while you keep control and trust.
You’ll also be introduced to HeyGen (as an option) to produce high quality video quickly especially useful for LinkedIn while learning the guardrails around consent, disclosure, and brand safety.

Session 1 - Foundations + Content Idea Generation (2 hours) - Day 1

12 Feb - 06:00pm - 08:00pm

We’ll set the tone for the full 3-part program and build your Idea Generation System so you never start from a blank page again. You’ll create a repeatable “idea bank” based on your real offers, customer questions, proof points, and stories then learn a simple way to keep it refreshed weekly (with or without automation).

Output: Topic pillars + 20–40 usable post ideas + a weekly idea refresh routine.

Session 2 - Human-Centric Agent Content System (2 hours) - Day 2

13 Feb - 01:00pm - 03:00pm

This session shows how to create content with an agent-style workflow that supports your thinking without making you sound robotic. You’ll learn the “talk track, not script” method for short-form content and how to use AI to shape hooks, structure, and clarity while keeping your voice intact. We’ll also demonstrate how tools like HeyGen can help produce professional video efficiently responsibly and transparently.
Output: 2–3 talk tracks + 1–2 drafted posts + a human-first agent workflow you can reuse.

Session 3 - Publishing + Automation System (2 hours) - Day 2

13 Feb - 03:30pm - 05:00pm

Now we connect everything into a smooth publishing pipeline so posting becomes consistent and low-effort. You’ll build a “content packet” template, set up a simple approval/review step, and learn how to connect scheduling and workflows using automation (e.g., n8n/Zapier) and optional CRM/marketing hubs (e.g., GoHighLevel if you already use it). The goal is less manual work, more reliability, and clear accountability.
Output: Publishing checklist + scheduling-ready content structure + connected workflow plan (and a starter automation).

Course Topics

  • Human-first content systems (augmentation, not replacement)
  • The 3-system model: Idea Engine → Create → Publish
  • Building an Idea Bank from real business inputs (FAQs, objections, proof, stories)
  • Lightweight automation options: n8n vs Zapier vs Make (what to choose and why)
  • “Talk track, not script”: natural short-form frameworks that don’t sound forced
  • Using HeyGen effectively (what it’s good for, where it can backfire, and best practices)
  • LinkedIn-ready content packaging: hook, body, CTA, asset notes, tags, approvals
  • Publishing pipelines: scheduling, handoffs, approvals, and accountability
  • Responsible AI guardrails: privacy, consent, disclosure, bias checks, human review
  • Pilot planning: a simple 14-day plan and what to measure

How Will This Course Help You

  • Stop the blank-page spiral: you’ll leave with a replenishing idea system
  • Publish more consistently without “being online all day”
  • Create video content faster while keeping it credible and human
  • Reduce rework and decision fatigue with a clear weekly workflow
  • Build a workflow that scales from solo operator → small team
  • Apply practical safety guardrails so AI use supports trust (not erodes it)

Objectives

By the end of the these workshops, participants will be able to:
  1. Map their current content workflow and identify the highest-impact bottlenecks
  2. Build an Idea Engine that produces usable ideas weekly
  3. Convert ideas into natural talk tracks and LinkedIn-ready post drafts
  4. Use HeyGen appropriately to produce professional video content faster
  5. Package content into a repeatable “Content Packet” ready for review and scheduling
  6. Set up a publishing workflow with a human approval gate
  7. Leave with a practical 14-day pilot plan and clear success measures

Prerequisites

  • A laptop (recommended) and basic comfort using web tools
  • A LinkedIn profile (if LinkedIn is your primary channel)
  • Optional: HeyGen account (we demonstrate either way)
  • Bring 3 things about your business:
    1. your offers/services
    2. common customer questions
    3. 1–2 proof points (results, case examples, testimonials—de-identified if needed)
  • For implementation sessions: access to your automation/scheduling tools (or willingness to use a simple default setup)

Who Can Enrol

  • Australian SMB owners, founders, and solo operators
  • Marketing coordinators, admin/ops generalists, customer-facing team members
  • Sales/BD professionals building thought leadership
  • Professional services teams (accounting, finance, consulting, legal) with trust-sensitive content
  • Anyone who wants a repeatable content workflow without hype, spam, or burnout
(If you work in a regulated environment, this program is still suitable but you’ll apply stricter privacy and approval guardrails.)

Why this Program Stands Out

  • System-first, not tool-first: you learn a workflow that works even if tools change
  • Human voice preserved: we prioritise talk tracks and clarity over “perfect scripts”
  • Responsible by design: consent, disclosure, privacy-safe workflows, and human review are built in
  • Practical outputs: templates, checklists, and a pilot plan so it doesn’t die in a notes app
  • AU-relevant delivery: examples and constraints that match Australian SMB realities (time-poor, lean teams, trust-driven markets)
  • Multiple pathways: sprint for speed, clinic for implementation, lab for operationalising across a team

Why You Should Enrol

Because consistency beats intensity and most businesses lose consistency to chaos.
This program gives you a calm, repeatable way to create and publish content that sounds like a real person, supports trust, and doesn’t eat your week. You’ll leave with a clear system, usable assets, and a workflow you can run in 60–120 minutes per week.
