Why It Matters
AI is no longer a future skill - it’s today’s competitive edge. Yet, without fluency, organisations risk two extremes: wasted potential or unsafe automation.
This program bridges that gap. It helps professionals:
-
Turn AI curiosity into measurable performance gains.
-
Replace random prompting with repeatable, governed workflows.
-
Build trust in AI through safe, human-in-the-loop practices.
-
Translate AI efficiency into strategic leadership impact.
The result? Teams that work faster, think deeper, and stay ahead - not because of the technology alone, but because they understand how to use it responsibly and creatively.
Objectives
By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
-
Understand AI Mechanics & Ethics - Explain how generative AI and large language models work, and apply safe, ethical practices in everyday use.
-
Design Structured Prompts (POD-5) - Use GPT-5’s native grammar to craft precise, truth-based prompts with defined acceptance criteria.
-
Build and Refine Workflows - Convert individual prompts into repeatable SOPs and multi-role AI workflows that save time and improve quality.
-
Measure and Track ROI - Quantify the value of AI-enabled processes using a 30-day ROI scorecard and real baseline metrics.
-
Develop Governance and Safety Frameworks - Create AI Playbooks with Human-in-the-Loop checks and C-Q-R-C standards for quality and compliance.
-
Lead AI Adoption Strategically - Craft and present a leadership memo and ROI showcase that connect AI capability to business outcomes.
Who Can Enrol
Ideal for professionals and leaders who:
-
Want to move beyond theory into practical, results-driven AI application.
-
Need structured guidance to safely integrate AI into their workflows.
