### Terms and Conditions – Educational and Training Programs ###

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Natural Velocity educational activities, including adult professional training, workshops, corporate programs, and youth education initiatives (“Programs”).
By enrolling yourself or your child, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for a Program, you confirm that:
- You are either a participant aged 18 or older or a parent/guardian enrolling a minor.
- You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms on your or your child’s behalf.
- You will comply with all Program guidelines and requirements.
2. Program Overview
Natural Velocity provides a range of learning experiences including:
- Corporate and Professional Training – focused on AI, innovation, leadership, and strategy.
- Youth Programs – including AI Kidpreneur and other innovation education experiences for ages 8–18.
- Seniors Training - focused on providing seniors with information to keep them safe online and how to leverage Artificial Intelligence We may adjust content, instructors, or delivery formats to maintain program quality and relevance.
3. Registration and Payment
- Registration is completed online or through approved channels.
- Payment must be made to secure your place.
- Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable, except if Natural Velocity cancels a Program.
- If a Program is rescheduled or cancelled by us, participants will be offered a refund or transfer to another session.
- For corporate training, invoices and payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
4. Code of Conduct
We aim to create a professional, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Participants (including youth) agree to:
- Act with integrity, respect, and professionalism toward others.
- Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour.
- Follow all facilitator instructions and workplace health and safety guidelines.
- Natural Velocity reserves the right to remove any participant — adult or child — who breaches this code, without refund.
5. Parental Responsibilities for (Youth Programs)
Parents or guardians registering a child must:
- Provide accurate details and emergency contacts.
- Notify us of any allergies, health issues, or support needs.
- Ensure punctual arrival and pickup for in-person sessions.
- Reinforce appropriate conduct expectations at home.
- Natural Velocity provides trained facilitators and supervision during session hours only.**
6. Intellectual Property
- All course content, materials, and resources remain the property of Natural Velocity or its licensors.
- Participants may use materials for personal or organizational learning but may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without written consent.
- Projects or materials created by participants during Programs generally remain the participant’s property unless otherwise stated in a project-specific agreement.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
- We collect participant information for the purposes of registration, delivery, and improvement of our Programs.
- Data is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
- For minors, personal data and any media use are subject to parental consent.
- Corporate participant data may be shared with the employer where relevant for attendance or certification records.
8. Photography, Recording, and Media
- Programs may be recorded, photographed, or live-streamed for educational, promotional, or quality purposes.
- By participating, you consent (or consent on behalf of your child) to the use of images, video, or voice recordings by Natural Velocity, unless you opt out in writing before the Program begins.
9. Safety and Wellbeing
- We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- All in-person sessions are conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Participants are responsible for their own wellbeing and conduct.
- Parents are responsible for the safety of children outside scheduled session times.
10. Liability and Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Natural Velocity is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation.
- All Programs are provided “as is,” without guarantees of specific outcomes or business results.
- You (or your employer, if applicable) assume responsibility for applying what is learned in your context.
11. Cancellations, Transfers, and Refunds
- Natural Velocity reserves the right to cancel or postpone any Program.
- Participants will be notified promptly and may request a refund or transfer.
- For corporate clients, rescheduling and cancellation terms will align with the signed training agreement.
- Refunds are not issued for voluntary withdrawals once a Program has commenced.
12. Certification and Completion Where applicable, certificates of completion or participation will be issued to participants who meet the attendance and assessment requirements of their Program.
13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of those courts.
